We have a strict policy against sharing your email address or any personal information with third parties. Your information will only be used for order verification, fraud control or internal purposes only.
Yes. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used for every transaction in order to ensure that your order is secure. SSL encrypts the transmissions from our e-commerce servers as well as your computer. SSL encryption works by forming a matched pair with the transmission from your computer transmission and our server, so that only data to and from these sources can be valid.
We ship all frames ordered free of charge to domestic U.S. customers via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. For our International customers, we ship USPS, UPS or FedEx, with an added cost of $40 USD per shipment. If you order two or more frames at full price in an order, the shipping is FREE to wherever you are in the world!
All duties and taxes associated with International shipments are the responsibility of the receiver, and not Cult Eyewear. We strongly encourage all International customers to check their country's customs and import policies, charges and rates before purchase, as some impose high duties.
Once your order has been placed, you will be sent an email confirming that your order has been received and is in our system, along with an order confirmation number for your reference.
Shipment Timing & Tracking
All of our Eyeglass Frame orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, while the Sunglass Clip, requires an additional three weeks time due to its custom nature. All orders will ship complete, once all items are available and ready to ship. We will send you an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, which will include a FedEx or USPS tracking number. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which will include a tracking number for either FedEx or USPS. Following the tracking link to fedex.com or usps.com, you will be presented with an estimated date of receipt.
Credit Card Billing
Your credit card will be charged upon completing an order on cultframes.com. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirming that your order, including the order confirmation number.
We happily accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal as payment methods.
Sales tax is only charged for orders shipped to an address within the state of New Jersey.
We want you to love with your frames, and we are confident you will. However, if in the event you aren’t enamored with your purchase, you can return or exchange your unworn, undamaged product to us, postmarked within 10 days of the date you received the package for a full credit to your original method of payment, minus any shipping fees (which are non-refundable).
Frames shipped after the 10 day return policy are not eligible for return/refund, but if within 30 days, are eligible for an exchange, towards an item of equal value. After 30 days, all items are deemed final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To complete a valid return/exchange, simply re-pack your order and take to your nearest mail provider for shipment. Expedited shipping costs or return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer and not Cult Eyewear. We will not reimburse these fees.
Also note that Cult Eyewear will ship free for the first exchange, but additional exchanges beyond that will incur a shipping fee of $8 USD (Domestic) and $60 USD (International).
If you received the wrong product or a damaged item, please contact us within 10 days of the date your package was delivered. We cannot accept damage claims after 10 days of receiving your package.
Returns or exchanges are permitted provided these guidelines:
- The product has not been worn
- The product is returned in its entirety including the frame, demo lenses, presentation box, case and cleaning cloth in their original condition, unchanged.
- The product and it’s collateral accessories are not damaged or altered in any way.
Frames that were not purchased on our website will not be accepted under any circumstances. Any made-to-order or custom frame/accessory is not eligible for a refund.
Cult Eyewear reserves the right of final approval on all returns and exchanges.
All exchanged frames are shipped via FedEx Ground for Domestic addresses and USPS Priority Mail Express for International destinations.
Return/Exchange Shipping Instructions
To request a Return Authorization Form for a return or exchange, contact us at email@example.com with your order number in the subject heading and a brief note indicating your request. A Cult Eyewear team member will respond with a Return Authorization Form, which must be filled in and sent back. Once approved, you may then ship the item back to the following address:

All return/exchange items MUST be shipped with a tracking number for your package to ensure delivery. Insurance is recommended, as Cult Eyewear is not responsible for items damaged, stolen or lost during shipment. We do not accept COD, as all deliveries must be prepaid.
Refunds will be given so long as the criteria has been met under the Return/Exchange Policy Guidelines. Returns/exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days upon being received. For refunds, a credit will be issued to the original form of payment provided. You will be notified via email to the email address listed on your order when the funds have been credited back. Note that it may take up to a few weeks to appear as a credit on your statement.
Although we make every effort to satisfy all customers, we reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason. Please note, that by making a purchase from us, you are agreeing to and accepting the policies for Cult Eyewear whether you have read them or not. Although those last two sentences sound a bit harsh, we are very reasonable, so please contact us with any questions you may have prior to purchase. Don’t worry…we won’t bite.
